Path A — Moving to the US for a Global MBA, and landing a job before you graduate

Getting into an Ivy League or M7 program is only half the challenge — landing a US job before graduation isn't left to chance. At Kellogg, I built a structured process around coffee chats, LinkedIn outreach, and cold reach that led to 6 interviews and 2 offers before I ever walked the stage. It starts with a target list of the right companies and roles, moves through outreach built to actually get replies, and has a clear method for turning a first meeting into a real conversation — and that conversation into an interview.

What we cover — program and college selection; building a target company list; coffee chat and LinkedIn/cold outreach that gets responses; converting a first meeting into a serious conversation; and carrying that through to an interview and an offer.

Path B — Moving back to India after building a US career

After nearly two years at NextEra Energy — the world's largest renewable energy company — I chose to move back to India, not into a safe, familiar seat, but into a demanding strategic leadership role. This isn't just a job search — it's a full transition: the job, the interviews, and what it means for your family, thought through together rather than as an afterthought. Getting there meant engaging directly with India's top PE firms and conglomerates, understanding what they were actually looking for, and being deliberate about the path back.

Career & Motivational Coaching

For students and professionals navigating a career inflection point. I've mentored candidates preparing for interviews at top schools, IIMs, and M7 business programs, and coached junior colleagues through career transitions during my time in investment banking — two of whom went on to fast-track promotions. The same structured approach that got me 6 interviews and 2 offers before graduating Kellogg — clear positioning, deliberate outreach, relentless follow-through — is what I bring into every session.

SSB, GD & PI Preparation

For defense aspirants preparing for the Services Selection Board. I cleared 20 SSB Bhopal in 2009 with an All India Merit Rank of 4, and have since guided other candidates through group discussions, personal interviews, and the psychological and situational tests that make up the SSB process — not with tricks, but with the same honesty the board is actually testing for.

What we cover — GD strategy, PI preparation, psychological test approach, and the mindset shift that matters more than any technique.
